The talent team is headed by Manette Mack-Even, who herself was once a young Filipino talent exploring her international opportunities. Through out the time she followed her passion, starting to help Philippine nationals to develop themselves in an international environment and making connections for young people to start their career abroad in a safe and high quality work environment.

Theme Park Operator
We have been looking of how to recruit from the Philippines for a long time since we are not accepting any agency which charges the young talent for their services. With MME we have found the right partner who takes well care of our future employees but also selects the best of the best for our needs.

At first my plan was to work as an intern for a reputable company abroad and gain experience. The intern became a permanent job and I had the chance to start a career overseas after my successful internship.

I was accepted as a candidate from MME. During my initial interview with a possible employer I failed to perform due to my initial language barrier. The guidance I received during the call has made me go back and work on my shortfall. After successfully enhancing my language skills I was given a second chance and accepted for the internship.
